Our mission is to connect you with your Soul, not to make you dependent on ours.

The "3-Month Rule": We are not a quick fix for every daily wobble. We rarely see clients more than once every three months. Real integration takes time. Breaking Dependency: If we sense a client is leaning too heavily on us rather than trusting their own intuition, we will pause the work. We will use the session to guide you back to your own inner authority. The Outcome: The goal of every reading is to hand the power back to you. We provide the map; you walk the path.

We channel what the Soul needs you to know. We (Saskia and Rachelle as humans) do not filter this, but we do frame it with care.

Medical & Legal Insight: Unlike many mediums, we do channel information regarding health, diagnoses, and legal matters if the Soul presents it as essential for your path. However, this is spiritual guidance, intended to support—not replace—specialized medical or legal advice. No "Fortune Telling": We don't do "party trick" predictions. We channel information that helps you understand your purpose and clear your blocks. The Lottery: We have yet to successfully channel winning lottery numbers (unfortunately!), and that isn’t what we are here for. We focus on inner wealth and alignment.

This is where our background sets us apart. We are psychologists first.

Trauma-Informed: We have extensive clinical experience with heavy psychological issues, trauma, and grief. We know how to hold a safe container for intense emotions. You are safe here. Referrals: We know our lane. We offer spiritual guidance and deep insight, but we are not your high-frequency weekly therapists or doctors. We have a trusted network of functional medicine doctors, business coaches, and psychologists. If you need support beyond our scope, we will refer you.

To ensure the integrity of the work, we are selective about the energy in our space.

No Skeptics or "Testers": We do not work with people whose primary intent is to prove us wrong or "test" our abilities. We are here to serve, not to convince. No Third Parties: We do not accept bookings from partners or parents sending someone else to be "fixed." You must choose this for yourself. Capacity: If a client is under too much acute stress or lacks the emotional bandwidth to integrate the session safely, we may decline or postpone the reading.

The Vault: What is said in a session, stays in a session. We adhere to the same strict confidentiality standards as we did in our psychology practices. Recordings: Session recordings are stored in a secure environment and are shared only with you. Shared Vulnerability: We believe our own humanity makes us better guides. We may share personal experiences if it serves your growth, but we always maintain professional boundaries.

It is incredibly rare (countable on one hand) that a client does not recognize the information coming through. However, honesty is paramount.

If we feel the connection is not clear or the information isn't landing during a session, we will stop the reading. We prioritize truth over transaction.
